At GANT Polska, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the products are in unworn condition.
Complete the Return Form
Fill out the return form included in your original shipment, indicating the reason for the return or your preference for an exchange.
Ship the Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or GANT boutique in Poland.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
